At Rocky Mountain Horse Farm, each one of our horses holds a special place in our hearts. We feel privileged to have been able to watch them grow, and are happy to see them find their forever homes.  While they may no longer live at our farm, they never leave our hearts. Here are a few of our horses that have been sold to wonderful new families!
